I’m not sure what to say, but on behalf of my husband and I (eek still love that) we just wanted to say the biggest thank you to you, the hotel and the most incredible staff that you have for making our big day the most special it could be!!!

We literally couldn’t have asked to be treated any better from the second we got there to the minute we left. Every single member of staff was polite, happy and just couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel is so lucky and should be extremely proud to have each and every one of them.

The venue looked exactly as I dreamt it would, the food was stunning and your DJ couldn’t have been any better! So thank you sooo much for absolutely everything from the bottom of my heart!!!

We have accidentally left a few things, a hat box in the room, and our cake stand and topper. We need to return the gold stand to the cake maker, and it was in a cardboard box when I last saw it in the ballroom. I will be in to collect them tomorrow morning if you could make sure the reception staff know where they are for me.

Look forward to seeing you this time next year for our anniversary stay!!

Had a two course meal here, the food was fantastic. I had the steak which was cooked to perfection, with a glass of house red, my wife had the chicken dish, again lovely, with a Bacardi and Coke, we ordered a dessert between us the total cost was £47. Highly recommend a visit. Staff were also excellent.

Amazing hotel great value for money! Located next to the docks and the restaurant was lovely the rooms were very classy with tea and coffee! The spa bath was out of this world and so relaxing! We have booked again with a group of friends but this time for the presidential suite and are looking very looking forward to it

What a lovely pleasant little nights stay. Beautiful and very welcoming staff every one of them I spoke to were so nice, the decor was stunning as soon as you went in all the way up the corridors and Lovely room with jacuzzi which was huge so I recommend getting a room with a jacuzzi in. Had room service which was delicious and breakfast was really good. I will defo stay again and would recommend it to anyone xxx

“MY DAUGHTER’S WEDDING WAS AN OUTSTANDING EVENT”
I am delighted to write up this review of my daughter’s wedding that was organised by the Titanic Hotel, 30 James Street.

My daughter’s wedding was an outstanding event which we must put down to the unbelievable assistance we received from the Titanic hotel staff and in conjunction with Belles and Beaus of Wirral put on an event that exceeded our expectations.

Our personal organiser Lisa was exceptional and provided advice on all aspects of the wedding organisation. Her suggested use of Belles and Beaus for the Vintage Cars, Photo Booth and Chocolate fountain and other wedding accessories added to the enjoyment of the day.
We could not find anything that could have improved on what was a perfect day. Their Master of Ceremonies Mike Culleton took charge of events from the beginning of the day, including the organisation at the church through to the totally prefect running of the events and speeches at the wedding breakfast. Mikes amiable manner and firm organisation helped make the day so enjoyable.

The venue of the 30 James Street Hotel for my daughter’s wedding was an absolutely perfect choice. We ended up having 150 guests for the wedding breakfast and more than 250 for the evening soiree.
The meal was excellent, a standard you would have been delighted with had it been for a much smaller event, but they managed the large number with what seemed effortless efficiency. The 150 guests felt that their personal needs were catered for. When you consider the numbers involved I have to congratulate the hotel on their efforts.

We could not find a thing on which to fault the Titanic and in particular Lisa, our organiser, in the whole offering. The function room was immense; the Presidential Suite was made available for the bride and bridesmaids for the night before and for preparations on the wedding day. It was also made available for the bride and groom on the wedding night. All the main wedding party and guests were able to stay in the luxurious rooms at the hotel for the night of the wedding which made for more relaxed evening.

A memorable part of the event was organising with family members to have our morning after breakfast in the Carpathia Restaurant which is on the 7th floor of the hotel and has 2 large balconies from which to enjoy the views of Liverpool. This was a lovely way to finish off our celebrations.
I must also add that the Carpathia restaurant with its views and balconies was exclusively made available for the wedding party for a 2 hour period on the wedding day. This allowed the quests to enjoy a drink and relax during the time between the wedding ceremony and the start of the wedding breakfast later in afternoon, absolutely perfect.

I have no reservation in recommending 30 James Street, The Titanic Hotel for your wedding celebrations and also Belles and Beaus for their offerings especially the Vintage Cars, Photo Booth and chocolate fountain.
